Supreme Systems covers a 30-day base warranty on all our products.
Standard 30-Day Warranty Info:
- The warranty period starts after the product has been delivered to the customers location or when a customer has picked up at Will-Call.
- Our warranty covers hardware only.
- Our warranty includes free replacement shipping if a part is determined to be defective after troubleshooting. Replacement products will be shipped out via the same shipping method that the customer originally shipped the core product. We do require the confirmation of serial number(s) prior to shipping out replacement parts.
- All Good part/server/workstation returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you order the incorrect product and choose to order the correct product from us the restocking fee will be waived. However, you will still be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Returns must be requested within 30 days of placing your original order.
- Supreme Systems is not responsible for product failures caused by an act of god, building failure, Viruses/Worms/Malware, Data corruption, or Software Failure.
- Supreme Systems is not liable for any data loss. *Back of your Data on a regular basis*
- Supreme Systems does not provide compensation for any down time caused by hardware/software failure.
- Supreme Systems does not provide on-site support.
